1. Purpose and eligibility

“Team Legend empowers people with elite wealth-building strategies and builds leaders who inspire and develop the next generation.”

These rules apply to the private community operated by Team Legend Leadership Development at teamlegendld.com, including discussions, comments, reactions, profiles, events, Book Club, messages and administrator-published content. Membership is by invitation and is for people aged 18 or older. Owners and administrators must follow the same standards of respectful, lawful conduct.

The Terms and Conditions govern membership. The Privacy Policy explains information handling. For help, reports or a request to reconsider a moderation decision, use support@teamlegendld.com.

2. Be respectful and honest

Discuss ideas without attacking people. No harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse, sexual harassment, intimidation, doxxing or impersonation. Disagree constructively and give others room to decline a conversation. Do not knowingly spread false information about a member, the business, a product or professional qualifications.

Good-faith criticism, questions, honest reviews and lawful complaints are welcome. A negative opinion is not a rule violation just because it is unfavorable to Team Legend. Nothing in these rules prevents protected disclosures or lawful reports to regulators, law enforcement or legal advisers.

3. Keep financial and client records out

This is a community and general-education platform, not a financial account portal, confidential client-document exchange or individualized advice channel. Do not post or message account numbers, Social Security numbers, identification documents, financial statements, tax records, individualized financial plans, credentials or confidential client records.

Do not give person-specific investment, tax, legal or insurance recommendations through this community. Direct those conversations to an appropriately qualified professional using the approved business channel. Removing a name does not make a client story safe if the person can still be identified. Report accidental disclosure promptly without copying the sensitive material into more messages.

4. Respect access and privacy

Use only your account and the hubs you are authorized to access. Do not share an invitation or login, impersonate someone, bypass a suspension, harvest the member directory or publish another person's contact details.

Do not redistribute private conversations, screenshots or restricted resources without permission, except where a disclosure is legally permitted or protected. Directory visibility is not a promise that a name disappears from existing conversations, posts or published recognition. Before posting, consider the audience that will receive it.

Messages are stored and are not end-to-end encrypted. Administrators can review reported messages and associated details; ordinary admin access does not provide unrestricted browsing of all DMs. Necessary technical access for security, maintenance, support or lawful requirements is described in the Privacy Policy. Do not assume private messages are a confidential professional-advice service.

5. Keep discussions and messages relevant

Use the appropriate hub and discussion space, keep replies relevant and avoid duplicate posts, excessive tagging or repetitive messages. Do not send spam, chain messages, member-list solicitations or unrelated advertising. Discuss business opportunities only in the appropriate authorized context; do not treat directory access as permission for bulk recruiting or marketing.

Respect a member's refusal, block or request to stop. Do not create another account or use another person to get around it. If a safety or moderation concern remains after a block, contact an administrator rather than resume unwanted contact.

6. Make truthful claims

Do not invent testimonials, member identities, earnings, investment results or professional promotions. Do not promise guaranteed income, wealth, investment returns, licensing or career advancement. Share personal experiences accurately and with the affected person's permission; an exceptional result must not be presented misleadingly as typical.

Only authorized administrators may publish official announcements, testimonials or professional advancements. Any testimonial, endorsement or promotional claim must meet applicable approval and disclosure requirements, including a clear disclosure of a material connection where required. Platform publication is not proof that every external regulator, firm or professional body has approved a statement. If you are unsure, ask before publishing an official claim.

7. Respect books and other intellectual property

Share only material you own, have permission to distribute or may otherwise lawfully use. For Book Club, use lawful purchase/library links, your own commentary and permitted excerpts. Do not upload full copyrighted books, pirated PDFs, audiobooks, paid resources or another person's confidential notes without authorization.

Give credit where appropriate, but remember that attribution alone does not create permission. Do not misuse Team Legend, WFG or another organization's branding or imply an endorsement that has not been given.

8. Use events and Pay Cycle responsibly

Check event dates, timezones and joining details, and update your RSVP if plans change. An RSVP is not proof of attendance. Follow the organizer's conduct and recording notices; do not record or redistribute a meeting without the required permission. Do not disrupt calls or share restricted meeting links outside their intended audience.

Pay Cycle is for administrator-published WFG schedule images and related reminders, not personal earnings, banking information, statements or commission disputes. Verify deadlines and compensation questions through the appropriate authorized business channel. A displayed schedule or completed checklist does not guarantee payment.

9. Keep points and advancements genuine

Points and levels recognize community activity, not income, sales, licensing or compensation. Do not use duplicate accounts, bots, repeated empty comments, coordinated artificial likes or fabricated participation to gain points. Administrators may correct mistakes or reverse improper awards.

Real-world professional advancement is separate from leaderboard level. Only authorized administrators can publish or correct an advancement record. Do not claim a promotion or credential you have not actually received. Report a mistaken rank or award to an administrator rather than presenting it as verified.

10. Report concerns and cooperate with moderation

Use the in-app Report or Block tools where available. If they are unavailable or insufficient, email support with the relevant location, a concise explanation and only the information needed to understand the concern. Do not repeat threats or sensitive records publicly to prove a report. Do not make knowingly false reports or retaliate against someone who raises a concern in good faith.

Moderation may include a warning, content removal, a point correction, a hub restriction or account suspension/termination, depending on the issue. Serious safety, security or legal concerns may require action without advance notice. Where practicable and lawful, administrators will explain restrictions and consider a request for reconsideration sent to support. A rule against abuse must not be used to suppress an honest review or protected report.

This service is not monitored continuously and is not an emergency channel. For immediate danger, use the emergency services appropriate to your location.

11. Account safety and rule updates

Protect your password, authenticator and private invitation/recovery links. Never post one-time codes or session credentials. Report suspected compromise promptly. Owners and administrators must follow the production MFA and access requirements and must not misuse moderation or account-management privileges.

We will date rule updates and communicate material changes appropriately. Continued participation is subject to the Terms and Conditions and applicable law; a rule change does not erase privacy rights or authorize retroactive punishment for conduct that was permitted when it occurred.
